Our Humble Beginning

         The "Two Fat Polocks Competition BBQ Team" is a family affair. It's the brainchild of two fat Polish brothers, who
         just happened to marry sisters. On a beautiful August Sunday afternoon, back in ' 04, our portly Polish brothers
         and their families, got together for a BBQ. After a day of great BBQ, and lots of beer, the brothers began to talk
         about how delicious the BBQ was. The brothers, who were feeling absolutely no pain by now, began discussing
         how their BBQ might stack up against others.They both watched a couple BBQ contests on FoodTV in the past
         and it was decided that there is only one way to find out, enter a BBQ contest. Nobody took them seriously that
         Sunday afternoon, as the brothers were feeling pretty good, and everyone figured the beer was doing the talking.
         Well, the idea stuck in their heads and within a week a brand new BBQ team was born and appropriately named
         the "Two Fat Polocks Competition BBQ Team". The rest as they say, is history.
