We are proud to announce that the Polocks have added a new team member, Gus Metaxas. Gus is a longtime friend of Guy's. He brings a wealth of culinary experience, a wonderful palate and a great love of BBQ. Gus also does private catering. Gus joined us in October '07 for the Sayville Battle of the BBQ Brethren. He was bitten with the competition bug and will be on the BBQ trail with us all summer. So please stop by and say Hi to Gus and always feel free to ask questions or just talk about BBQ.
