The Polocks are at it again. We purchased a new Custom Spicewine Competition Cooker. It arrived in November 2007. We have outfitted the cooker with a hi-tech Stoker temperature controller. We, or should I say Cole has written software for the Stoker. He has made it able to connect to the web and can tell us just about anything we want to know about our pit and meat temperature. And yes, it will even send us a text message.
Soon, we will be offering this software for sale.
We love our Spicewine cookers so much, that all I can say is, stay tuned for a BIG announcement.
